What’s in All Book Files?
This file contains (1) all of the applications that are presented
in the book; (2) the databases that are used in these applications;
(3) a batch file that uses a SQL script to install the databases;
and (4) a Readme file that describes how to install and use
these files (this installation information is also in Appendix
A of the book).
What’s in Student Materials?
This file contains learning aids like chapter summaries,
learning objectives, review questions, exercises, and projects.
You get these materials in two formats: (1) as individual
files and folders that let you select just the materials you
want to use; and (2) as a Student Workbook in PDF format that
contains all of the materials. This file also contains the databases you need for the exercises and projects.
Although these materials are designed primarily for students
or trainees who are using this book for a class, they can
also be used for self-study.
