How to download a sample of the Instructor's Guide
When you click on the Download Sample Guide link below, a sample of the
materials in the Instructors Guide will be copied to your system in a single
ZIP file named VB6Sample.exe. Then, you can find the ZIP file in your Windows
Explorer and double-click on it. This will expand the files of the sample
Guide into a folder named C:\Murach\VB6\Sample IG.
To start evaluating these materials, we suggest that you open and print
the Word document named Guide Summary in the Sample IG folder. It gives
you an overview of the other 4 files in this sample Guide:
Objectives for all 15 chapters
Tests for the first 7 chapters
Student Projects for the first 7 chapters
PowerPoint slides for chapter 1
The first 3 files are Microsoft Word files, while the last file is, of
course, a PowerPoint file. As you can see, the sample Guide doesn't
include any of the Test Answers or Project Solutions, but those are included
in the complete Guide.
