How to work with self-extracting zip files
On most operating systems, you can extract folders and files from a
self-extracting zip file by locating the file and double-clicking on it. For
most of our books, this extracts all
folders and files from the zip file and stores them in a folder named c:\Murach.
The only exception to
this is the zip file for Murach's Structured COBOL which expands
into a folder named c:\Cobol.
